Trade + Travel Cruise and Tour Terms and Conditions

The Trade + Travel Cruise and Tour Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to selected cruise and/or tour itineraries only provided by Arrivia.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in GBP or Euros, per person. Government fees, taxes, and port expenses are additional. All prices are subject to change without notice. Cruises and /or tours are only available for purchase by 7Across members at a reduced price on a cash only basis. 7Across Gold Advantage members that use their Exchange Credit shall be entitled to greater discounts with an exchange of a qualified credit (“Exchange Credit”).

Prices and offers are subject to availability and the “All-inclusive rate” includes accommodations, most meals, activities and entertainment while onboard the ship. Some items such as beverages, gratuities and optional specialty dining may not be included dependent upon the cruise line you have selected. The rate is determined by availability, sailing date, departure city, cabin location, cruise line, ship, length of cruise and itinerary. Itinerary may vary by sailing date.

All of the cruise or tour descriptions and amenity information included on the website have been provided by each cruise line or tour operator. 7Across expressly disclaim any liability for such information. 7Across provide such cruise or tour descriptions, amenity information, and ship ratings for your convenience only. Trade + Travel Cruise or Tour cannot be used in conjunction with any other cruise, tours or offers. Any amounts paid will be subject to the cancellation policy of the cruise provider or tour operator. If an Eligible exchange credit has been used towards a Trade + Travel Cruise or Tour booking and the member cancels the reservation their exchange credit will be reinstated with the original expiry date.

In the event that a sailing is cancelled by a cruise line or a tour is cancelled by a tour operator, members may be eligible to be refunded their Exchange Credit. 7Across cruise and tours are provided by a third party provider, Arrivia Travel UK Limited and Arrivia Europe Limited (“Arrivia”) under agreement with 7Across trading as RCI Europe. Market Rate is the brochure rate published by the applicable cruise line and generally available on their website for the same itinerary. The Market Rate is accurate at the time of publication and may change thereafter.
